Abstract.
The purpose of this paper is to show the following result:
Theorem. If a three cell Poincar{\'e} complex E = Sq u en u em is a GW space, then m = q+n and one of the following two conditions holds.
  1. q and n are 1, 3 or 7.
  2. (q,n) = (1,2), (2,4), (3,4) or (3,5).
