- Qualification for application
Applicants must be a student of the Graduate School of Mathematics, Kyushu University,
either in the second year master course (Mathematics Course or MMA Course) or in the first year doctoral course, as of April 1, 2017.
If a doctoral course student in the Mathematics Course is admitted, then he/she should transfer to
the Functional Mathematics course.
- Number accepted
One in the second year master course (a transferring student)
Two in the first year doctoral course (transferring students)
- Screening process
Screening is based on documents submitted, including report,
together with an oral interview. Details of the examination will be notified after the application
documents are received. For more information, please contact the Math-IMI Office at the earliest convenience.

for admission in 2017 will be held as follows.
This is mainly for students in the second year Master Course and
in the first year Doctoral Course; however,
