Kyushu University Leading PhD Program in Mathematics aims to educate "Mathematics Navigators", international researchers for the future of mathematics for industry.
"Mathematics Navigators" will lead the development of future technologies, e.g., in Research and Development Sections of indust ries. They will provide new ideas and solve problems, by using abstraction and generalization skills based on modern mathematics, and by analyzi ng real data and constructing suitable mathematical models.
